EVOLUTION Dance and Performing Arts is committed to promoting arts education. Our studio provides a well-rounded curriculum in dance, theatre, and music. Our arts camp offers a mixture of dance styles, theater, singing, and musical instruments.
The summer program, along with continuous training throughout the school year, will further prepare kids and pre-teens to be challenged and work to becoming a “triple threat”! If students are interested in the performing industry, being well rounded is essential. This camp is for students who want to do more than just the minimum!
Remember, its summer! Our program has been carefully designed so that campers can have breaks throughout the day with games, art, and our exciting weekly fieldtrips!
HOW IT WORKS
The mornings start with stretching and “social circle”. The rest of the day is block scheduling. The schedule changes daily and weekly.
Activities can go from, for example, a ballet class to a theatre class, to a game of dodgeball, to a music class, to lunch, etc. The day always ends with Showcase rehearsal.
Camp is run by our Director, Michelle “Mimi” and 4-5 volunteering “crew” members. Evolution’s instructors are scheduled weekly for classes with the campers for different dance styles, vocal instruction, instruments, acting coaching, etc.
Other special activities: Pajama day, Ice cream party, Modeling, Make-up/Hair tutorials, Commercial Videoing, Campout S’mores, Karaoke, Arts and crafts, Pizza party, Relay races, and more!

-Sneakers (dance shoes in bag)
What to bring/Requirements:
-Lunch & Snack (Free Pizza on Fridays!)
-Ballet slippers ($20-$23)
-May bring cash for vending machine or Fieldtrip
Weeks my child(ren) will be attending camp...
By submitting ths agreement, my child will be participating in the Summer Production and will be present August 6-10 FULL DAY. I give permission to order the costume and neverless purchase the costume.
